Public Database - Database Queries

There are three ways you can access the data in the Federal milk order statistics database. Each option has its own level of convenience and flexibility.  The three options are described below.  The search results from the first two options can simply be viewed or may be downloaded to your computer in a variety of formats.  Simply select the one that is most appropriate for your needs.

bullet Prepared Queries - These queries have been designed by us and generate our most commonly requested statistics.  You can also minimally refine these queries by specific search criteria, which can be found at the top of the query form.  The response from this process may take a little extra time. We ask that you please be patient.

bullet User Defined Queries - These queries provide access to all tables and their fields (data items).  You select the specific statistics you want and then you can filter the query results to meet your needs.

bullet Download Database - This option allows you to download the entire database to your computer in a convenient database format (Microsoft Access).
