All hotel accommodations need to be made separately through the Sheraton Raleigh Hotel – Downtown in Raleigh, NC at 800-325-3535 by July 13, 2009 to guarantee a room and the government rate. Room rates are $92.00 single rate and $132.00 double rate plus state and local tax. You must identify yourself as a member of the National Market News Association. Reservations can be cancelled without charge up to 6:00 pm on August 11, 2009. If you are checking out of the hotel earlier than you initially intended when making your reservation, please let the hotel know at check-in.
